Mexican tourist company picks up award

The Villa Group, one of Mexico’s premiere tourist companies, has just won the Annual Gold Prize to the Best Employer for giving its personnel good training opportunities in an effort to jack up overall productivity and create a positive working environment. The award is presented by the Asset Development Association of America.

As part of its own services, the group provides employees with training courses and assistance packages to each and every one of their relatives. These efforts have rendered in high employment rates of over 25 percent of its workers with 15-plus years of experience under their belts.
