Martinique Tourism Authority Names Karine Roy-Camille Chairman

The Martinique Tourism Authority has named Karine Roy-Camille chairman, announced Serge Letchimy, president of the Martinique Regional Council. Roy-Camile succeeds Madeleine de Grandmaison, who held the island’s top tourism post from 2004 to 2010.

A veteran of more than 20 years in travel and tourism, Roy-Camille previously served as president of the Martinique Cruise Tourism Association before joining the Martinique Tourism Authority.

Her travel career began in 1986 at SMCR Voyages, an international travel agency based in Fort-de-France, where she spearheaded the development of a secured General Agent contracts with cruise operators including Carnival Cruise Lines, Celebrity Cruises and Costa Cruises.
