A new hotel in Old Havana will swing its doors wide open within the framework of the 28th International Tourism Fair, just another allure for thousands of travelers from around the world that visit Cuba, especially Havana.

The new facility, owned by Cuban tourist company Habaguanex, will be named Marques de Padro Ameno and will be located on 253 O’Reilly Street on the corners of Cuba and Aguiar streets, in the city’s historic downtown area.

The four-star hotel has 16 guestrooms (3 suites and 13 standard rooms) decked out with mural paintings from the 18th and 19th centuries. All of them are air-conditioned and equipped with wireless phone service and in-room safes.

The lodging has a restaurant serving Cuban food and international cuisine, a small meeting hall for business travelers and other conveniences.
