Luxury Tour Operator Protects Vacationers during Recent Mexico Storm Activity
Creative Leisure International have worked diligently with their Mexican resorts, villas, ground operations and airlines to ensure that all of its customers vacationing on the West Coast of Mexico had been safely evacuated during the recent storm activity caused by Hurricane John, as the operator said.
The luxury tour operator has negotiated with affected properties for full reimbursement of the unused portions of clients’ trips. Other clients were able to cancel or postpone their vacations with no penalty.
“A top concern among travelers when booking their vacation is the ability to protect themselves in the unlikely case of an emergency or other unforeseen events,” said Frank Samson, CTC, president and CEO for Creative Leisure International.
“Travel agents can rely on Creative Leisure to provide the proactive support necessary to ensure their valued customers receive an enjoyable travel experience,” he went on to explain.
