Luxury Mixed-Use Property Rising in Nuevo Vallarta

Mexican developer Whole in One Nuevo Vallarta S.A. de C.V. announced it is building a $150 million luxury hotel-condo development in Nuevo Vallarta.

The 400-room Taheima Wellness Resort & Spa will be located near the El Tigre Golf Course in Nuevo Vallarta, about 10 miles from the Puerto Vallarta Airport. The property is scheduled to open in the spring of 2009. The hotel will be operated as a Deluxe Collection member of WorldHotels.

The property will feature two-bedroom suites equipped with wireless Internet, kitchen and dining facilities; a 5,000-square-foot spa; two restaurants; and several swimming pools. The development will include an outdoor amphitheater.
