KLM Announces Executive Appointments

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is announcing several appointments within its Passenger Business organization, to be implemented beginning January 1.

Simone Wickenhagen, currently vice president of Marketing & Brand, has been appointed General Manager for KLM Northern Europe, stationed in Stockholm. Ms. Wickenhagen joined KLM in 1966 and has held commercial posts in South Africa, Argentina, Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, and elsewhere.

Edwin Verver, who is currently director of marketing at KLM Netherlands, will succeed Ms. Wickenhagen as vice president of marketing & brand.

Roderik Rodermond, currently in charge of Strategy & Database Marketing, is appointed director of marketing at KLM Netherlands.
