Mexican airline Aviacsa resumed flying June 6 after a federal judge ordered the Mexican government to lift a three-day suspension due to safety concerns. Mexico’s aviation authority suspended Aviacsa flights on June 2, citing irregularities in the maintenance of 25 planes.

The airline denied it has safety problems but said it would correct the irregularities that prompted the suspension. Aviacsa said the suspension affected about 5,000 passengers a day. Aviacsa serves 17 Mexican destinations and offers daily service between Monterrey and Las Vegas. The airline operates with a fleet of 26 Boeing 737s.
