Journalists from Five South American Nations Agree to Foster Cultural Tourism

A group of journalists from the Andean Community are putting their professional interests together in an effort to further promote the region´s culture.

This adventure is far from a reality show, but rather a close encounter with living cultures and civilizations of the Bolivarian countries.

With that view in mind, reporters from Peru, Colombia, Bolivia, Ecuador and Venezuela will visit the five nations that share the same historical values and speak the same language.

The adventurous trip will kick off on May 8 in Bolivia and will come to a close three weeks later in Peru, on time to observe the Andean Travel Day.

Journalists that have signed up for the Andean Press Trip will take a firsthand look at some of the attractions their own countries have to offer as travel destinations.
