Jose Carrasco Appointed as General Manager of Paradisus Puerto Rico

Spanish hotel chain Sol Meliá has just appointed Jose Carrasco as new general manager of the recently opened Paradisus Hotel in Rio Grande, the only all-inclusive resort now operating in that Caribbean destination.

The March 24 grand opening of the new hotel was attended by Jose Suarez, executive director of the Puerto Rico Tourism Company; Rio Grande Mayor Emilio Rosa Pacheco; Andre Gerondeau, director-general of Sol Meliá’s Central and North America Division, and Gabriel Escarrer sitting in for the Spanish hotel chain’s president.
