Jamaica’s Breezes Runaway Bay Reopens Following $20 Million Refurbish, Expansion

SuperClubs’ 266-room Breezes Runaway Bay reopened January 20 on Jamaica’s north shore following a six-month closure for a $20 million facelift and expansion.

The project added 30 new rooms, each with private plunge pools, to the resort’s inventory as well two pools, a new swim-up bar, two restaurants, a piano bar, and two additional wedding gazebos.

Reopening specials feature a 30 percent discount off rack rates, which start at $183 per night, double. The property’s Passport Included promotion, valid through March 31, reimburses guests for the cost of a new or renewed passport (up to $97 per person).
