Interjet to Launch Twice-Weekly Las Vegas-Mexico City Service
Interjet will debut twice-weekly service to Mexico City on Nov. 15 from Las Vegas. Introductory fares of $299 to Mexico City’s Toluca Airport are valid until the end of December, subject to availability.
“Interjet is very pleased to commence service from Las Vegas, Nev., to Mexico City’s Toluca Airport,” said Jose Luis Garza, Interjet’s CEO. “The many Mexicans and Hispanic travelers who reside in Las Vegas will welcome this new service and our Mexican passengers will enjoy easier access to the popular leisure destination of Las Vegas.”
The new Mexico City service operates on Thursdays and Sundays. The flight departs from Las Vegas McCarran International Airport at 11:40 p.m., arriving at 5:10 a.m. the next morning in Mexico City. The flights fly from Mexico City’s Toluca Airport to Las Vegas at 7:50 p.m., arriving at 9:45 p.m.
Interjet currently flies from Miami, New York and San Antonio to Mexico City, and from Orange County, Calif., to Mexico City and Guadalajara. In addition to its U.S. gateways, Interjet’s international route structure currently includes Guatemala, Cuba, and San Jose, Costa Rica.
