Hyatt Regency Aruba Appoints Victor Litkewycz Executive Chef

Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort & Casino named Victor Litkewycz as executive chef. Litkewycz, who brings 25 years of professional experience, including 15 with Hyatt, is responsible for all dining operations at the Authentic Island Chic resort, including menu creation for six restaurants and bars, as well as for in-room dining, banqueting and special events.

Litkewycz’s cooking philosophy focuses on high-quality local ingredients and creating dishes that bring out the best and defining quality of each. His style is “evolutionary,” drawing on many influences while combining European techniques with global flavors. Litkewycz joined Hyatt’s Aruba address after three years as executive chef at Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport.
