Howard Chin Lee and Warren Solomon, Trinidad & Tobago’s new Tourism Minister and Tourism Vice President, respectively

Authorities in Trinidad & Tobago appointed Howard Chin Lee new Minister of Tourism, while Warren Solomon will take over as new Vice President of the industry.

Mr. Lee has a longstanding record in the tourist industry, as well as in the fields of marketing, business operations and national security. From 1992 to 1995, he served a stint as full member of Trinidad & Tobago’s Board of Tourism and Industrial Development. Before his appointment, Mr. Lee was head of the island nation’s National Security. The new Minister has a master degree in tourism management and international hotels at the London International University.

For his part, Warren Solomon has also served extensively in the realm of tourism, mainly in the fields of international marketing and product development. Moreover, he worked for over a decade in the aviation industry and was chief of tourism outposts in a number of countries.
