Guatemala takes lessons from Andalusia

Andalusia is taking its own tourism development model to Guatemala by means of a project signed on the dotted line between the Andalusia Corporate Confederation (CEA) and the Guatemala Development Foundation (FUNDESA).

The project dubbed Development and Fostering of Guatemala’s Tourist Micro Companies has the goal of putting together a network of Tourist Entrepreneurial Centers (TEC) to spearhead the development of the tourist sector.

Industry entrepreneurs could get adequate training and rely on extensive advisory systems in those centers with the necessary know-how and methodology to raise competitiveness.
