Grand Bahama’s Nandana Resort Names Rolando Arrunategui Executive Chef

Grand Bahama’s Nandana resort named Rolando Arrunategui executive chef. Arrunategui previously served as executive chef at Casa Casuarina, the Versace Mansion in Miami Beach, Florida.

A native of Peru, Arrunategui brings more than 25 years of experience as a chef specializing in seafood and Asian cuisines to his new position. He has been classically trained with a degree in culinary arts and is also a member of the American Culinary Federation.
