GOGO Vacations lifted its commission cap on Bermuda bookings. Previous to the change Bermuda bookings were capped at a 13 percent commission level for all travel agencies, but as of March 1 GOGO will pay agents their contracted commission rate.

By removing this 13 percent cap, agents in GOGO Vacations’ top tier commission level  can now earn as much as 14 percent commission when booking Bermuda, given their current commission structure, and will have the opportunity to earn their biggest potential by booking online and earning an extra 1 percent commission.

The removal of the cap is the latest in a series of enhancements initiated in the last month aimed at maximizing travel agent profitability. The changes include new documents and enhanced web features. “All these features are features that travel agents have been asking for,” said GOGO President Marg Mulholland. “They have invested their time with us, and we are happy to make the investment in them.”
