Four Seasons Nevis Unveils $10 Million Renovation Plan
The Caribbean´s first AAA Five Diamond property is putting a fresh face on a landmark resort. Four Seasons Resort Nevis will launch a $10 million renovation program in late August that will include a new pool and waterfront dining venue, as well as refurbishments to its two luxury suites and nearly half of its guest rooms.
The new developments are slated for completion by the end of the year.
“Along with Four Seasons´ commitment to service, we are dedicated to providing the highest standard of facilities to suit the evolving needs of our guests,” said Martin Sinclair, general manager of Four Seasons Resort Nevis. “We are excited to offer a new and expanded product while preserving the heritage and natural beauty of the resort.”
The enhancements, which will take place over a period of three to four months, will occur with minimal impact to the existing facilities and guest experience.
The highlights include a new free-form pool and beachside restaurant with views of the Caribbean Sea. The pool will be located on the south side of the property and will complement the resort´s two existing pools: the Garden Pool, designed for relaxation and Ocean Pool, which caters to families.
The renovations will comprise new decor for the resort´s two luxury suites, the Hamilton Suite and Nelson Suite, and soft refurbishments to those second floor guest rooms facing the ocean.
