Former Air Jamaica Exec Takes Job with SuperClubs
Paul Pennicook has been named president of International Lifestyles, the worldwide representative of SuperClubs. Mr. Pennicook resigned as Air Jamaica’s senior vice president sales and marketing in late August.
International Lifestyles is a provider of sales, marketing, call center, fulfillment and technology solutions for hotels, tour operators and travel agencies. The company manages SuperClubs’ U.S.-based sales, marketing and call center operations.
“On behalf of SuperClubs Resorts, I am very pleased that Paul has joined International Lifestyles as they complete their restructuring efforts,” said John Issa, executive chairman of SuperClubs. “He is highly respected, intimately understands the Caribbean and Jamaican tourism industry and the competitive marketplace. He is ideally suited to lead International Lifestyles as they continue their growth strategy.”
Pennicook, a native Jamaican, was senior vice president of sales and marketing for SuperClubs in the 1990s. He was Jamaica’s director of tourism before his stint at Air Jamaica. Mr. Pennicook will be relocating to International Lifestyles’ headquarters in Hollywood, Fla.
