Festival Cruises –the company led by Santiago Labrador in Spain, Portugal and Hispanic America- has just opened its new headquarters in Madrid on the 16.8 milestone of the Coruña Road in a redolent and functional three-story building perched on an acre of land hedged with a small garden and private parking lot.

In Mr. Labrador’s opinion, Festival’s innovative offices can’t be any better for the company’s peculiar features because its three floors are partitioned for a similar number of working groups to operate independently.

The first working group comprises the front-office team closely hooked up to the management team. They are both lodged in a sober, wide and laid-back floor.

The second group embraces the marketing and commercial team. “Festival’s all-terrains,” as Mr. Labrador calls them. The floor outlay allows all execs to be interconnected with one another. A huge conference hall stands out up there.

The third working group belongs to the technical team, including the Bookings and Groups team. Their space is deigned to give them maximum speed and nimbleness.

The three areas work independently and perfectly related to one another at one fell swoop for total effectiveness. All offices and halls let natural daylight come through for ideas and communication to flourish. Apart from ample alfresco balconies, the floor is outfitted with gorgeous lounges and restrooms.
