FCCA Foundation Contributes to Establishment of Inspiration Center for Special Envoy for Women & Children

The Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA) Foundation is proud to announce its assistance of an important project spearheaded by Special Envoy for Women & Children in collaboration with NGO and CARE-Belize.

This crucial undertaking –the establishment of the Inspiration Center- will provide a setting and specialized services to children with special needs, catering to children 0-16 years old and prioritizing those with disabilities. It will also promote specific programs for children with limited opportunities for optimal development and foster the inclusion of all children in a stimulating environment, addressing their needs, challenges, interests, talents and aspirations with services such as physiotherapy, occupational and speech therapy, psychological care and social work.

To support this vital cause, the FCCA Foundation donated $25,000 to help continue the construction already underway. The Foundation is proud to have the opportunity to contribute to this essential project, as its mandate is to better the lives of citizens in need throughout the Caribbean and Latin America, especially for children's causes. In its 20 years, the Foundation has impacted thousands of lives and provided over $3 million in funding to a variety of organizations and causes like this.

The Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA) is a not-for-profit trade organization composed of 15 Member Lines: AIDA Cruises, Azamara Club Cruises, Carnival Cruise Lines, Celebrity Cruises, Costa Cruise Lines, Cunard Line, Disney Cruise Line, Holland America Line, MSC Cruises (USA) Inc., Norwegian Cruise Line, P&O Cruises, Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean International, Seabourn and TUI Cruises.
