Emily Nack Named Senior Vice President, General Counsel for Barceló Crestline Corporation and Crestline Hotels & Resorts

Barceló Crestline Corporation and Crestline Hotels & Resorts announced the appointment of Emily A. Nack to Senior Vice President and General Legal Counsel for the companies. Barceló Crestline Corporation leases 19 limited-service hotels and sub-leases 71 limited-service hotels.

Ms. Nack joins Barceló Crestline from the Corporate and Litigation Divisions of Eckert Seaman´s Washington, DC office where she was a partner and her practice involved a broad range of corporate consulting focused on corporate and day-to-day hotel operational matters.

Ms. Nack, who succeeds Liz Lieberman as she announced her retirement from Barceló Crestline Corporation earlier this year, received her law degree from Catholic University School of Law in 1992.

Ms. Nack is a member of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, where she is an active member of, and participant in, the Commercial & Technology Law Section; the Virginia State Bar Association; the Washington, DC Bar; and the Maryland State Bar Association.
