Dmitri Pekhterev, Interval International´s regional manager for the Caribbean

Interval International, a leading global vacation exchange company, announced the promotion of Dmitri Pekhterev to the position of region manager for the Caribbean in the Resort Sales and Service Department.

In his new position, Mr. Pekhterev will oversee Interval’s presence in the Caribbean, as well as direct the day-to-day sales and service activities for the territory. He will service Interval’s existing affiliated resorts and provide sales, marketing and operations support.

He will also be responsible for expanding Interval’s developer client base in the region.

“As account executive for the Caribbean, Dmitri contributed to the company’s growth in the region and successfully developed client relationships within his territory and the industry,” said Marcos Agostini, Interval International’s region director for the Caribbean and Latin America, Resort Sales and Service Department. “Since this area continues to be one of the top priorities for Interval International, Dmitri’s knowledge and experience will serve him well in his new role.”

Before joining Interval in August 2002, Mr. Pekhterev was a project manager for United Forward, an industrial trade corporation in Florida. Prior to that, he held executive positions in the hospitality industry with the Margarita Hilton Suites and the Margarita Laguna Mar in Venezuela.
