COPA Airlines wins Excellence Award

COPA Airlines has just walked off with the Excellence Award for Best Operational and Financial Progress granted by international magazine Airfinance Journ. The award was handed over last April 7 in London.

COPA also grabbed the Airline of the Year Award in Central America, South America and the Caribbean.

“We’re very pleased that COPA’s dedication to providing services to passengers has been recognized with this prestigious award,” said Jorge Garcia, marketing vice president of COPA Airlines. “The addition of COPA on that list mirrors the hardworking of our dedicated team that bends over backward to provide our customers with the best travel experience money can buy,” Mr. Garcia explained.

COPA finished among the 52 airlines and airports nominated in 19 regional and global categories that include Best Low-Cost Airline and Best International First-Class Carrier. This event publicly recognizes the highest standards within commercial aviation and praises the best global airlines.
