Classic Vacations is introducing a new marketing program called Collections based on the most exclusive five-star properties in its portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts. In this invitation-only venture, Classic will feature the “best of the best” in a number of special, year-round promotional efforts targeted to Classic’s affluent customers and travel professionals. “We identified the hotels, villas, private island getaways and resorts that are unsurpassed in the world in some of the most coveted destinations on earth,” said Greg Bernd, co-president of Classic Vacations. “Each property invited to Collections promises an unparalleled, one-of-a-kind experience.”

The centerpiece of the Collections program is a directory featuring dedicated, full-page listings for each property with descriptions that have been custom-written by Classic Vacations’ knowledgeable staff. Directories will be mailed to agents on a staggered basis, beginning the week of Nov. 29. Chosen properties also receive dedicated exposure on Classic’s website, with a separate tab on the navigation bar. For travel agents, Collections provides one-stop shopping for their best customers, cross-sell opportunities from one destination to another, and an easy way to find the best hotels for their best customers.

The Collections’ series includes properties in Australia, the Caribbean, Costa Rica, Europe, Fiji, Hawaii, New Zealand, Tahiti and Mexico, from Bedarra Island off Queensland in Australia, Hermitage Bay in Antigua, the Four Seasons Resort in Costa Rica, Katikies on Santorini, and the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua on Maui, to Maroma Resort & Spa on Mexico’s Riviera Maya, Treetops Lodge and Wilderness Estate on the North Island of New Zealand and Le Taha’a Island Resort and Spa in Tahiti.

Classic Vacations offers a full line of luxury accommodations (including suites, villas, and residences), first-class and private transportation options, and unique tours and excursions in Hawaii, the Caribbean, Mexico, Europe, Tahiti, Fiji, Australia and New Zealand.
