CheapCaribbean Offers 10 Percent Savings on Vacation Expenditures
CheapCaribbean.com launched a savings card that offers a 10 percent discount on vacation expenditures, such as food and drinks, clothing, souvenirs, jewelry, water sports, rental cars and condominium timeshares. The complimentary card is included in every reservation.
Clients are instructed to save all expense receipts while on vacation at 40 of the destinations offered by CheapCaribbean. Once back home, clients submit the original receipts to a processing center to receive a refund up to $100 (for up to $1,000 in valid receipts) on the credit card used in making the original reservation.
Additional receipts (up to $25,000 in total) also are calculated so that CheapCaribbean Sun Dollars can be issued in an amount equal to 10 percent of the total. Sun Dollars can be used for future vacations and cruises on CheapCaribbean.com and also are transferable to friends and family members.
Every reservation also includes a Free Your Mind travel protection plan at no extra charge, which features a TravelGuard insurance plan with hurricane protection; medical airlift insurance in case of a serious injury while on vacation; and roundtrip airport transfers.
Effective July 1, 100 percent of the operating profits from COMM Group and CheapCaribbean will be divided equally between the CheapCaribbean Cares not-for-profit foundation, which focuses its efforts on helping children and the less fortunate in the Philadelphia and Boston areas, and to those who struggle to live in the firm’s destinations served in Bermuda, the Caribbean and Mexico.
The remaining 50 percent will be earmarked to the 200 COMM Group employees in the form of a year-end bonus.
