Celebrity Cruises Fills Marketing Position

A little more than a year after announcing that he would be leaving Choice Hotels as its executive vice president and chief marketing officer, Wayne Wielgus has resurfaced as senior vice president of marketing for Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Cruises.

Mr. Wielgus will replace Ellen Taafe, who recently left the company and moved to Michigan to be closer to her family. Mr. Wielgus will report to Dan Hanrahan, CEO of the two cruise brands.
