2014 came to an end for Casa del Caribe with the launch of "Deep Inside Cuba (La Cuba Profunda)", a cultural product that fosters unique options and destinations in terms of nature and authenticity, related to the diversity of expressions of popular culture and traditions featured by Haitian-descended settlements and communities, as well as temple houses devoted to African-rooted religiousness and the House of Popular Religions.

As a Research and Cultural Promotion Center, Casa del Caribe offers visitors such scientific events as “The Caribbean that Joins Us (El Caribe que nos Une)” International Colloquium and Joel James, Contemporary Anti-Hegemonic Thinking event; cultural events like the Caribbean Festival and artistic meetings.

Such experiences get visitors in touch with the cultural heritage of the Cuban nation, especially with those expressions shown by groups, communities and people that represent the authentic popular culture.

Furthermore, the presentation of Casa del Caribe cultural product included a tour guided by Science Doctor Carlos Lloga Domínguez throughout the exhibit of ethnographic shows at the House of Popular Religions, the presentation of Batá drums from San Benito de Palermo chapter and the performance of groups Abbure Eyé and La Botija.
