Caribbean Excellencies helps boost the Holguin destination

“The Quality Award granted to the Holguin destination by the Cuba Tourism Convention belongs to everybody,” said Neuris Barzaga, a delegate of the Tourism Minister to that territory on the eastern side of the island nation.

Mrs. Barzaga thanked all tour operators that guarantee an increasingly wider flow of visitors to the destination and appreciated the efforts of those institutions that “join our daily struggle to make the leisure industry a stronghold of the Cuban economy.”

The delegate said the Caribbean Tourist Excellencies magazine is also a part of this award for giving the Holguin destination significant hype in its pages. Holguin is by far penciled in as one of the country’s most attractive destinations with an assortment of offers ranging from sun-and-beach and nature to a variety of other choices.
