Bruno Georgelin Appointed Air France & KLM General Manager for Spain, Portugal

Air France and KLM have appointed Bruno Georgelin as the new general manager for Spain and Portugal.

Boasting a Master Degree in Higher Market Studies at “Hautes Études Commerciales du Nord” in France, Bruno Georgelin joined the company in 1989. He was presently working as a the Direct Sales and Services Director with AIR FRANCE KLM.

Mr. Georgelin had previously taken different posts with AIR FRANCE KLM, such as Market Director to the Asia-Pacific area, Sales Director to the United States, Global Business Director and General Manager to Martinique-Caribbean.

Air France and KLM have a team made up of 247 people in both Spain and Portugal, and this summertime they are offering, along with their partner Air Europe, over 600 weekly nonstop flights in 14 routes from and to 9 airports on the Iberian Peninsula (Barcelona, Bilbao, Madrid, Lisbon, Malaga, Palma de Mallorca, Seville, Valencia and Vigo).

Furthermore, in collaboration with their “Joint Venture” Delta Air Lines partner, they are serving flights to New York and Atlanta from Barcelona, Madrid and Malaga.

Bruno Georgelin has replaced Vincent Coste, who has taken other professional responsibilities out of the Group.
