Barcelo Hotels & Resorts Appoints Monica Legrottaglie

Barcelo Hotels & Resorts today announced the appointment of Monica Legrottaglie as Director of Meeting & Incentive Sales for the Northeast Region of the USA. Located in New Jersey, Ms. Legrottaglie will oversee meeting and incentive sales for New York, New Jersey, New England and Pennsylvania. Ms. Legrottaglie joins the North American team of sales and incentive specialists who support the meeting and incentive business for Barcelo's portfolio of worldwide hotels and resorts.

Ms. Legrottaglie brings more than 20 years of hospitality sales and marketing management experience to her new position. Most recently she was the Northeast Regional Director of Sales for Palace Resorts, Le Banc Spa Resort, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Punta Cana. She has also held sales management positions with HelmsBriscoe Performance Group, the Doubletree Hotel Anaheim, CA, and the Crowne Plaza New York.
