Barcelo Hotels & Resorts Appoints Juan Veras as Administrative/E-Business Assistant for North American

Barcelo Hotels & Resorts today announced the appointment of Juan Veras as Administrative/E-Business Assistant for North America. Mr. Veras will be headquartered at Barcelo’s Miami offices and report to Oscar Serrano, Senior Director of Sales & Marketing for North America.

Previously Mr. Veras was the Manager for the U.S. and Canadian markets at the Barcelo Bavaro
Beach Resort in Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic.

The appointment is part of the ongoing expansion of the Barcelo Sales & Marketing team throughout North America that coincides with the continued growth of Barcelo’s all-inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean.
