ATA Toasts Success at The Radisson

A cocktail party at the Radisson Aruba Resort & Casino marked the conclusion of a successful year for the Aruba Tourism Authority and its numerous partners here.

"Aruba had no off season this year," said the ATA Director Myrna Jansen as she addressed hoteliers, restaurateurs, tour operators, wedding coordinators in short all island movers and shakers who contributed their energy and drive toward the creation of a successful tourism destination.

General Manager Jeff Lesker praised the brand Aruba and congratulated all partners on their ability to contribute to the total product, yet retain their individual style and flavor.

To conclude the official part of the evening, a champagne toast was offered by the Minister Of Tourism, Eddy Briesen, Jeff Lesker, the Aruba Hotel & Tourism Association CEO Jorge Pesquera and Myrna Jansen toasting past successes and expressing their communal wish for a prosperous 2005. Dushi band with Aruba´s Minister of Justice Rudy Croes among the musicians provided musical entertainment.
