Aruba might become West Caribbean’s Airlines’ Hub in the Caribbean

West Caribbean Airlines might become the next airline for Aruba. The Department of Civil Aviation informs that they have complied with all the different requirements and are tentatively scheduled to start within the next 2 months.

The Colombian company has offices in Costa Rica and is interested in the Caribbean and plan to use Aruba as their main hub. The company is already hiring local pilots and cabin crew and plans to use MD 80 planes.
