Aruba Marriott Names New Director of Revenue Management
Carlos Olguin has been named Director of Revenue Management of the Aruba Marriott Resort and Stellaris Casino. Recently joining the Aruba Marriott team in 2010, Olguin brings finance and revenue experience, deep familiarization with the hospitality industry and great enthusiasm to his new position.
As Director of Revenue Management of the Aruba Marriott, Olguin will oversee and manage pricing strategies and revenue maximization. Olguin is dedicated to maintaining the resort’s reputation for high service standards.
Olguin was most recently Area Director of Revenue Strategy for the Marriott International, Caribbean & Latin American Regional office. Prior to that, Olguin held various positions in the Marriott organization including Director of Revenue Strategy for The San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino, Director of Revenue Strategy for the Costa Rica Marriott Cluster and Reservation Center Director for the Marriott Mexico Area Reservations Sales office. Olguin began his career in the hospitality industry as the Night Auditor for the J.W. Marriott Hotel in Mexico City, MX.
