American Airlines Puts International Destinations on Sale

American Airlines is putting nearly all its international destinations on sale for travel now through mid-May. It is offering these low fares for travel from the United States (excluding Alaska) to its vast network of international destinations, including spots throughout the Caribbean, Mexico, Latin America, Asia and Europe.
Tickets for American’s international sale fares must be purchased by March 10. Tickets are available from the United States (excluding Alaska) to nearly all of American and American Eagle’s international destinations.
For destinations except Europe, begin travel by May 17, 2009. Sample one-way fares based on roundtrip purchase include Los Angeles-Los Cabos, $75; JFK-Heathrow, $196; and Chicago-Shanghai, $351.
A “Fly Now, Pay Later” deferred payment option on American allows holders of the American Airlines Credit Card account to enjoy six months of no payments and no interest for tickets purchased on AA.com.
