American Airlines Enhances Booking Tool on AA.com

American Airlines has enhanced its price-and-schedule travel booking tool on its website, AA.com. The tool was introduced in June.

The newly enhanced booking tool enables customers to see, at a glance, the lowest available price for three days before and three days after their original departure date, via convenient tabs across the top of the flight results page.

At the same time, they can also get more flight options on the results page than previously –now up to 40 flights are displayed when applicable- and view flight options by page, based on price. So customers can, with one simple click, get to the page listing all flights available at a particular price.

Also, the users can navigate either backward or forward in the booking process –without having to start over- via links in the header of the page and book Aairpass travel. According to the airline, more than 1.4 million unique visitors log on to AA.com each day.
