Ambassadors Cruise Group Names Stevens C&I Director

Ambassadors Cruise Group has appointed Sandy Stevens as director of charter and incentive sales for Windstar Cruises and Majestic America Line.

Mrs. Stevens will be responsible for managing and growing charter and incentive sales opportunities for Windstar’s fleet of three sailing vessels and Majestic America’s fleet of seven river and coastal cruise ships. She will report to Diane Moore, senior vice president-sales and marketing.

Mrs. Stevens joins the company with 14 years of experience in sales and management roles. Most recently, she served as a key account manager with Celebrity Cruises, where she managed relationships with 15 retail travel agency accounts, generating more $25 million in annual revenue for the cruise line.

Prior to Celebrity, Mrs. Stevens was a director of supplier sales for Virtuoso, responsible for relationships with cruise line and tour company partners. She also has held sales positions at Crystal Cruises, Renaissance and Holland America Line.

In addition to her sales background, Mrs. Stevens developed the Ship Services Department at Holland America Line to improve the experience for large groups holding events, meetings and seminars onboard Holland America Line’s eight ships.
