Aeromexico Partners with ezRez Software on Loyalty Program

Club Premier, Aeromexico's frequent flyer program and ezRez Software, Inc., a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider of travel and loyalty solutions, are partnering on Club Premier Members.

The two companies will launch a new website and travel agent tools that allow Club Premier members to redeem kilometers for flights on Aeromexico and other SkyTeam partner airlines, as well as Copa Airlines and LAN Airlines. Additionally, members will be able to redeem kilometers for hotel stays and car rentals around the world.

The new Club Premier flight redemption options will include traditional fixed mileage awards as well as market-priced awards where point requirements are based on the availability and price of tickets across fare classes. In order to maximize member satisfaction, ezRez will integrate with Club Premier's existing loyalty bank to provide real time updates to point balances with each booking, modification or cancellation.

The new website will use ezRez's ability to connect to multiple hotel inventory sources, increasing the breadth of offerings while simultaneously shopping for the best available price.
