“With Bells on the Pen” Graphic Humor National Hall Called in Santiago de Cuba
This city will be hosting, on February 10-15, “With Bells on the Pen” Graphic Humor National Hall and cartoonists from the whole country have been summoned.

The Workshop is organized by Santiago de Cuba’s Humor Promoting Center, Heredia Theater, Plastic Arts Council and Provincial Culture Division. At the same time, it is part of the “With Bells on the Pen” Graphic Humor National Hall, as announced by prestigious Santiago-born caricaturist Román Emilio Pérez López, popularly known as Chicho.
The contest’s guidelines are:
Cartoonists from the whole country can participate in the contest; free topic; authors can deliver up to five works; top measure is 30x40 cm; author’s personal data overleaf; the works are to be delivered (or sent) to:

The closing date is February 5, 2015. The winner will be invited to participate in Aquelarre Humor Festival, to take place in Havana, July 2015.
The opening of “With Bells on the Pen” Graphic Humor National Hall joins the artistic and cultural actions to celebrate half-a-millennium of the foundation of Santiago de Cuba village.
